In today's world, do you really think most parents care about their children's problems? They've got enough of their own.

The rich, give the kids money to get them out of the house, and couldn't give a damn about what their children do.

Parenting is a huge job, and most of the mothers and fathers of today are not up to it. So I doubt they're going to rush to a retail store and buy a drug testing kit.
