I don't "believe" any hype. So far, there is absolutely no evidence of a buyout. I am simply speculating.

If you had acquired 10% of the shares (= 40mm) and were looking for a complete buyout of the the remaining 360mm shares. What do you think would happen to the price?

Bwt, after acquiring more than 10%, you'd have to report your holdings and if you planned an acquisition, you would have to make an open bid (as far as I know).
