I had not thought of the 5% rule. However, your logic implies an EQUAL distribution of those shares (each of the 8 got 1/8) which is unlikely.

The use of "merger" in the release is confusing. Could be a private company merging into FEEL?

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
