yep...this is probably the very first company that I have read just about every single word in all of their filings. It's truly amazing how much you can learn and put together with all the info that is in those filings...from Restricted Shares & Float to suspected future actions...etc.

I'm excited to see what we find out in the next couple of weeks. I think the exec's bought those shares in August for a specific reason. They bought 2 days apart, most certainly deliberately bought (they knew eachother were buying) and they had a specific reason to buy them. They probably didn't want to wait until after the 10Q as to not be a shady transaction, questionable by SEC. They bought for a reason...everyone should think about that statement....what is their reason???? we will soon find out..IMO.
