We will never see 0.0004 support is strong @ 0.0006 never gonna happen. To me your chart appears to be wrong or misleading. I think that was pointed out yesterday by someone else on the board. You can find plenty of information on the web if you are interested in learning how to read charts, try stockcharts.com for starters great resource.
