I hear ya, this one has me stumped. I think it is the best one I've seen and then something happens that just doesn't seem to add up and makes me wonder I've put my money in. At this point, in my opinion, I think the POSITIVES waaay outweight the negatives but I wish we had some kind of idea where we were going. If the JV is a top 4 national bank then things could get nuts and we could be very happy!

Even marginal news moves us up 2 in 3 ticks once the news is released I think and that would be extremely weak.
