i have a feeling funding isnt just around the corner ...maybe late
october..lol or not
anyway the lenders criteria ,all of them, are fairly similar i promise.
might not be identical needs but real close.
any of the info the lenders require could be looked at by every interested lender at once ..no waiting in line is going on lol imo. we should let the originators compete as far as im concerned.
