Just heard back from Skadden. I informed them of the situation. They asked everyone try their brokers again. By law Chemtura is required to send the ballots. In most of our cases (retail) those shares are held in the name of the broker (on behalf of beneficiary) I am going to call Charles Schwab again but I have agreed to circle back with Skadden. They are also making calls on this matter.
