They will acquire property with billions of proven nat gas reserves worth probably about $15MM at current prices. Additionally, it cost the company so little. Great management here!

Also have wells already producing with Cedar Resources. If they trade even close to asset value this should be $4-$5. What is it now? Asking $.30.
