Well, the company has been a stellar "PS citizen" in my book. Awhile back I noted them as one of the top ten CEO's & companies here in PSL. It is sad to note that their aren't as many legit CEO's as one would hope when finding an investment here in the pennies.

However, this management team has shown patience, persistence, communicates with shareholders in an honest & direct fashion. I am really pleased with how this stock has traded, where it is headed, and what it can achieve in the marketplace.

Now, with the LOI from Dong Feng, relatively low float, & the sector HLNT is poised to move out of the sub-penny arena shortly; this is now a stock that MUST be accumulated on dips!
