If I was a betting man (which I am) I would bet that avvaa is going to get the cease trade order lifted very, very, very soon and deliver the 35M shares to NIR before 9/29/2010 to close the court case so they can sell shares to raise money to promote their animal care line and to begin work on an advertising campaign for Neuroskin.
