yes it appears the cup fell through... though we are still in the handle :) we may get another rise but it would not be back to back cup patterns, without the breakout it is not a true pattern. and yes it can be frustrating but charting just shows us possible paths and i try to determine the most likely. this time it did not work out.
however we are bottoming and base building like last time. so it is a strong possibility that after a few days of this we will rise again. just not sure exactly when yet or how high. not even going to try and guess what happens after this time :)

I do know the hourly psar flipped yesterday and if the new channel holds that is very good for us.


as for financials in a post above yours... yes prior gave a date but that was not a 'due date' it was an estimated date on when the audit would be done. you can interpret it as you will, everyone sees things differently. obviously they are later than he thought they would be. however as it is a back audit and there was no deadline, they are not 'late' by the classical definition as filings go.
i am done addressing this. everyone opine as you see fit

as for his email, really? go to any of the websites. i am sure it is on here someone. maybe i should sticky it. or was that just venting for our benefit?

this company is not hiding. whether they respond to every email or phone call is their business, i know what i (and the president of every company i have worked for) do.
