I concur with what you just posted( see my preivos post #3397). The original 96 OS had 26 free so the figure can be off by 70 unless a 144 form is filed on the 1% rule. Nevertheless 692 sounds very reasonable. This allows for a decent market without massive dilution. 700 million shares can easily reach .003 as that is a 2 million dollar float ( today at .0006 on 700 million in float figure it is 400 thousand dollar float)based on fundamentals and massive PR and internet stock campaign. lets face it, these guys know how to promote and they wont quit today
