i think you`re right about Tom protecting himself but dont you think that the value of many companies in the same sector has fallen so much and they are hanging by a thread that a take over of their company with its valuable tecknology and customers is a better alternative than closing their doors because of lack of funding? I think there are a lot of bargins, and the time is right to start shopping magoo
