Agreed, that this does not seem to be a big issue. Actually, I take this as a positive as the company is (1) being honest about their situation which is the opposite of what 'scam' company would do (2) they are taking positive actions.

Of course, with all the doom and gloom these days, this hurt the stock last Monday... we just have to wait for sentiment to catch up to the fundamentals...
