Suggestion for next contest: PSL 16

Suggestion: People who wish to participate in PSL 16 enroll in advance (not make their selections, just commit to enter). If we don't get at least 50 contestants, my suggestion would be to postpone the contest for a month or two.

There seems to be a lack of interest in the stock market at the moment, but perhaps it is because it is August and we are in a recession. On a scale of 1 to 10, my enthusiasm for the market at the moment is about a 2.

I think the market is downright depressing.
