I'll bet thats why they were finally able to get a deal finished, They Probably had Cornell Capital backed into a corner where they could not get anymore shares because of the A/S being Maxed and were kind of forced into msking a deal for the balance owed, I'll bet the new board and Investors Involved paid the Cornell Bastards off so they could mover forward with a deal? Just my Hunch of what has went down the last 2-3 Months, just my opinion, I could very well be wrong.
