No once everything in the merge is finalized and the shares are merged, they will be merged at a ratio of 1 to 1, meaning 1 GOTV share = 1 SCFR share in the conversion. No additional shares are given. These shares are merged into one share with a new symbol.

So graphically:

1 Share (GOTV/SCFR) --------> 1 Share (new symbol)
