Hiya Everyone,

I noticed that things seem to be dead on this board? On Yahoo and on the IM we are busy, working and discussing and in full force! There have been many new court docs filed in the last few days which have not been mentioned or discussed on here. Now there will be many more filed this week and up until the court date next Tuesday August 31st at 9:30 so be sure to check that link and refresh it. PR news does not always come out but with the court docs it daily! Also as we have posted on yahoo and several people have already done, please send a letter to the U.S. Trustee asking her not only to reject the 4th POR and explaining the reasons why but also asking her for an Equity committee since we have no representation since the AHEC left us to hedge their bets. If you want you can also come and visit us on the Yahoo board as well. I post on both boards and read all comments and discussions on both as I have done the last several months.
