Still trying to catch up on 2 weeks worth of missed posts...so is this Buongiorno deal the 'transaction' we've been waiting for?

I see licensing revs have increased substantially (compared to NEOM's history of course, not the reguluar business world) in Q2...so will these licensing revs from this recent deal be the transaction that supports operations for 12 months? The recent infusion from YA seems like a temporary boost to me...

Any clarification, insight or thoughts would be appreciated.
