The way I heard it, the plant design wasn't finished, and that it was Brooks Agnew who brought it all together and finished it. The plant works, makes great fuel, and is profitable. It was GSPI who wasn't able to perform. Agnew was an engineering contractor and was the miracle man who did what no one else could do and got fed up when GSPI didn't pay him for his work.
