One could take it as a sign that lab results were good. As far as PPS, yes this could drive the PPS higher. With the restriction, more shares would've been needed to be issued to cover the distribution and to create free trading shares. Now that all our shares are free trading, there will be less of a need to create that liquidity through additional shares.
