With all due respect I feel those who use the make believe category of "Electively Reporting" should define it and provide the rest of us with Finra's stance, Pink Sheets stance and any regulatory agency's stance on whether or not there is a category/definition of an "ELECTIVELY REPORTING COMPANY".
