If the amendment does not contain an increase in the AS ... I believe we'll know tomorrow. I can't image the company not replying to shareholder inquires, regarding the newest amendment filed with the State of Florida.

They can't meet shareholders face to face one day then ignore them completely the following day ... right? Thats how I see it. You can't talk about transparency and not answer a direct question.
