Toxic financing occurs when AS creates OS creates free trading paper not restricted paper, as in acquisitions.

1) Was it shareholder equity distribution?
2) was it a convertible bond as debt converted into free trading paper?
3) was it a PIPE?

It is one of the above,IMO.
Which one? The 10Q will reveal.
