It was reported that PN/NS had approached the First Tier Lien Holders and tried to pursuade them to push CPRK into Chapter 7 and (of course) PN would take care of the Lien Holders after the fact. CPRK has contracts with these Lien Holders and the contracts are violated if a third party (PN/NS) tries to intervine...everybody denies that this has happened. Found the last sentence of your post interesting. They (Lien Holders) will settle with PN...
