Supposedly the deal fell apart and NIR has a lawsuit against ITRO. Whit filed a counter-suit. It's been in limbo for a couple of years now. If NIR gets prosecuted on their other dirtbag schemes then there's a good chnace Whit will win the counter-suit and be off the hook and maybe even recoup some damages. I don't know what's at stake. A couple folks here probably know or can easily find out but so far they haven't ever answered any questions so don't hold your breath. Best not to discuss these things....even if there is a potential good outcome.
Good Evening all
