At what point does a company simply become a non-filing company in your opinion? Or can a company ride the 'electively' reporting description for eternity?
How often should an electively reporting company file?
Does not filing information on a timely basis regarding the CEO position build shareholder value? TIA
Do you feel that Officers of a publicly held company have a moral duty to keep shareholders informed of material events on a TIMELY basis? TIA
