Correct, because INVESTOR RELATIONS at this point is destroying the investor, and saying it is not his fault is misleading.

Mr. Investor Relations got on this site, PUMPING the crap outa this issue, guaranteeing it was a straight up company, a completed merger and a class operation.

Then we began getting Mr. Investor Relations bringing doubt IN ALL AREAS, and throwing us as shareholders under the bus.

This is unacceptable. IAS is culpable here, Mr. IAS Investor Relations is culpable here. The company (IAS) in and thru its Investor Relations person has publicly stated that the merger was final and that the company was a going concern.

No one has disputed any Press Release, and credibility here for IAS, A SUBSIDIARY of PCLI is in question here.
