This is true...you had suggested a R/S without purposely asking for one. ncpti and I were shareholders in another stock that had done exactly this very same thing. They didn't want to call it a R/S but the CEO told me it was a way to increase the shareholders pps value. Well the funnel effects of that value builder drained my $2,100.00 value down to $0.50 as of right now! And the 50,000/1 "value builder" took my 21,000,000shs dowm to 420shs. Now I will need that stock to go to $13.10 per share just to break even on my $5,500.00 investment; I personally don't think it will ever get to 0.01 per share.
So if it "Quacks like a duck and looks like..." well you know how the rest of the story goes!
