Ranger, I really think it is all positive. When I first saw it, I thought same as you. OK, we got 195 contracts signed, but if we don't get the additional $2mil, we won't be able to implement them.
But after reading more and thinking, as a long term investor, if a company can double it's revenue in such a short period of time on such limited resources, think about what they can do once they do raise that money. The revenue is just going to sky rocket.
So as an investor, I buy more shares while they are cheap. I bet you if we stay on course for about 1-2 years, this stock is going to be in $ land. No more cents...

As for the EOD activity, I really think once again MM's playing. Scaring people into selling them shares at cheap knowing the 10Q coming and I bet you they knew it was going to be good. So, they buy cheap shares form scared people, and sell them muuuuuuuch higher after the stock sky rockets.
