Maybe this will help - there was a post by an engineer the other day that made a lot of sense. This is a new Hydro dam that currently is up and running but not to full capacity, full capacity is expected in 2012 according to some of the other posts. This would make sense, that their is only one turbine fully functional - in dams their are turbine units that create electric not reactors. So in a nut shell what I am trying to say is that by 2012 this dam will be fully functional with all three turbines working (reactors) and will be providing more electricity. Hope this helps and maybe I can find that old post from the other day I think it was last thrusday or friday, but I get the free subscription so I don't know if I can look it up.
