Chart update-.29 is the magic number.....

for today. That's where the pps breaks thru the downtrend line which has held it in check for quite some time.

If it gets up to .30 and stays there for 2 days, I'd say from the tech standpoint, it's ready to advance.

.33 is next resist, and .40 will be STRONG resist.

BUT, .29 has to fall first !!!
