Hi!
I knew that eventually it will come that we will prevail. I have been researching ITA for several years, and discovered that the 1948 ITA was legislated properly, making it null and void. If you have not gone to the link www.evasydel.info, go to it now. She is suing AG of Canada, AG of BC, 6 judges, 1 prosecutor and 30+ CRA agents for $300M. She received my research and is using it.
Now the AG of BC admitted that the 1948 ITA did NOT get Royal Assent and it is not published in the Gazette. But the AG of Canada is saying that it is irrelevant. Well, well. What do you make out of this?
Now is the time to force the federals to borrow from the Bank of Canada and NOT from the chartered banks, etc.
