Im pushing up deadline on asking questions til tomorrow since i want to keep between 15-25
1. what is the official number of shares in the float?
2. when will we see audited financials?
3 - Realistic time-frame for past dividends
4 - Time-frame for audit
5. i would like to know any developments on the "launch of its massive product lines" as stated in last months pr.
6. what is the current float?
7. Any plans in share buyback, reduction of shares, or cancellation of shares?
8) Why has the company not responded to other emails sent asking for the status/plans for the dividend payments? Why is this email being answered, but not others sent in the past with the same question?
9) Give us a deadline when the company will pay these dividends. A deadline is a date, as in November 1, NOT "soon" or "very soon". On April 1, regarding the dividends, the company said they were "preparing to mail to the shareholders in the next few weeks". It is now 4 months since then. Why hasn't there been a PR on the status of this as "few weeks" have turned into a more than a few MONTHS?
10) What has transpired in the 4 months since the results were published and presented to the auditors? Why have no updates been released on the status of the audit in 4 months? What is the expected completion date of the audit? (once again, "soon" is not an acceptable answer, I'd like a date)
11) Where are the "several" (the company's word) SEC filings that were said to be coming following the April PR. There has not been one SEC filing since that statement, correct? Confirm this statement, or refute with a link to a filing.
12) What is the range of shares to be issued in the D 506 offering? The over one month old PR mentions a dollar amount but not the number of shares. If that cannot be answered now, what is the DATE when that information will be given to shareholders (once again, soon is not an acceptable answer)
13) Why doesn't the company publish quarterly revenue numbers?
