NeedGreen and Basser, I think you are on target. If they bypass the most important elements everyone has been waiting for and goes straight to the September 15 scheduled meeting, LOOK OUT! A duck and run reverse to a controlled event is called SHOWTIME!! Spin, deception, tours, popcorn and promises WON'T deceive those waiting for confirmations in NUMBERS! There is no question if EXPO fails to deliver financials as promised by Sept. 1, then the D&P/P&D [Dog & Pony / Pump &Dump] will be in full effect.
