IMO it is as much as we could expect. B&O will be able to see the entire Intel agreement, which, if B&O are correct, will destroy TPL/Moore/Lecky's affirmative defense of estoppel, meaning TPL is not being financially prejudiced b.c they are receiving cash money from Intel. That is what B&O are betting and they are probably right IMO.

Everything else isn't all that important IMO. Leckrone will try and answer questions again, but he would have to do that at some point anyway.

Some other documents that will remain sealed are target companies for TPL's "alleged" licensing campaign. IMO they ain't fooling anyone b.c it never existed prior to PTSC's filing. Others will be from a Beattie affidavit, which I don't believe is all that relevant b.c it originated from Beattie and not from the Defense.
