Of course this is dilution. People are in denial. All these Pink Sheet Companies are a huge gamble. Liked my odds here better than most Pink Sheet companies but looks like I'm going to be taking a loss on this turd. If Financials were so positive they would have been released on time. Also, they would not be diluting at these ridiculous low prices if they knew this was going to move up on Financials or an Acquisition. Any Retail selling at these levels is taking a big loss. I see this turd hitting .0001 followed by either an increase in A/S or a reverse split. I'm holding a 28 million bag of worthless paper. GLTA PIHN Shareholders because we are going to need it.
