You are fine and everyone really should have known that your true intentions were not to hurt, but to help.

Heck, still, it's really hard to say who really has the cart before the horse. Heck, it might be me who has the cart before the horse and not you (LOL) so I wouldn’t worry about it. My point was that it really doesn't matter in the whole big picture of things just so long as all gets properly done of which we both believe.

Please, your thoughts were fine and I am sure helped many to better understand the process even more. I think what some are not aware of is that a "share distribution" will be treated a little different than a "dividend" as there really is a difference.
