ElectroCell produced a product/process that zaps cow manure with electricity, killing bacteria, reducing odor and pollution. There was some local buzz in 2006, but nothing in the last 3 or 4 years. Doesn't appear that ElectroCell has anything to contribute directly in the way of energy conversion, but I could see how their experience could contribute to GELV's alleged product development. The company is based in Vermont and seems to have a working relationship with Peck Electric, so there are less than six degrees of separation here.
