CoMax International bought EMLL shell early this year. Comax is the trader for some comuputer accessories, key chain type..

Khoo Hsiang Hua has held managerial and directorship positions within diverse industries for companies in Malaysia and Hong Kong in the fields of corporate finance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, internal audit, insolvency practice, and other corporate advisory positions. He has an MBA in Finance from Charles Sturt University (Australia).

Charles Sturt University? from wiki, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Sturt_University

it's online distant college, you pay, you get degree.

He's specialized in merger, acquisitions, restructuring?

on this page, he said, he's trader.

To me, it sounds like the typical Chinese stock scam just initiated by two people who got some money from selling USB key chain in new york city.

I gotta visit their office, but i'm pretty sure it's their office where they piled up a bunch of cheap usb key chains to sell on street. stock scam is the side job.

I don't know these people can really do any big businesses they claimed buying...

But even though it's scam, the stock can move. It's irrelevant to where the company is real or no in their claiming business field. we all know that...

I'll keep on watching this.
