1,000,000,000+ (1 Billion plus is our teams true count!) WE OWN THIS!! THIS IS LOCKED!!!
This is a big key in the FLD, the higher we lock the more it forces the MM's to come up to our pps as they dont have any inventory!! EVERYONE LOG INTO YOU BROKERAGE ACCOUNT RIGHT NOW AND SET YOUR NWTT STOCK SALE PRICE AT .01 Shorts trying to cover on bid folks, dont give them up, make them come to you! Hold on TIGHT, and we can push this puppy all the way into penny-land!!!

Float(shares)
700 million - We need to accumulate and hold, mm's will short this thing to about 700 million assumed float-- if all bought up, the mms will short to create liquidity approx 65% of the float we needed to buy approx 1.155 billion shares(NWTT will be completely locked this week, in perfect timing with the Textraw PR) to trigger a short squeeze and force a "bull" shake, several bull shakes in fact as the pps rise inevitably makes some people take profits at these prices, we can lock this kind of a large number up.

*Authorized Shares
refer to the largest number of shares that a single corporation can issue. Not to be confused with authorized shares, Outstanding Shares refer to the number of stocks that a company actually has issued. This number represents all the shares that can be bought and sold by the public as well as all the restricted shares that require special permission before being transacted.

A Float Lock Down (FLD) is created by researching companies that have positive cash flow and sound fundamentals…and of course the most important factor like NWTT is favorable share structure.

After completing full due diligence on EU based NWTT, our team began to purchase shares (over several months) to lock down the float. We have been purchasing shares of NWTT on the open market and have continued to accumulate NWTT share until the float was owned entirely by us. Each time the share price is push down (by things like Flames) we purchase large blocks of share. We will continue to buy until it is owned!!

Float Lock Down:

Market Makers are task with creating an orderly market…this works to the benefit of the Float Lock Down process in that in order to create that market they are literally force to short shares in order to keep liquidity for those continuing to purchase the shares of the chosen company. In this case that would be NWTT.
As the Float continues to be shorted, Market Makers are put in a precarious situation in that: they have been forced to short the stock of the company (NWTT) thereby creating the opportunity for our team to continue to buy shares. Once the stock is owned completely by our NWTT team, this forces the Market Makers to sell what is commonly referred to as “Air Shares”. Since no share of the available float are available for purchase, the Market Makers will continue to short NWTT stock and reach a point where covering the shorted shares literally reaches a critical mass, typically float plus 65% (for example; if the float is 100 million shares, the Market Maker would be force to cove at a point when the shares sold total 165 million). Currently our team is holding approx 1 Billion+ shares (Johvro’s count shows a little less because there are people who have not reported their count to the IHub board but have recorded it in other places).
This process by definition creates a “Short Squeeze”, where by the covering in and of itself is self-fulfilling. The Market Makers are force to buy the shorted NWTT shares back on the open market and this obligation allows our team to control the attainable share price by exercising discipline and only releasing shares that are held by the team in a stair step manner as short covering process.

To sum it up, the whole concept works because no one sells, except the flippers and day-traders that are bound to show up. The MMs short pinksheets aggressively because they can get away with it, in most cases enough to cause selling so they can cover their short positions. Now what our NWTT team is trying to create (and eventually will create) is a Short Squeeze.

Everything is set for the run- now!

The sticky - Coming August 2010 for NWTT - reads like a script, you will see that NWTT is right on schedule. As far as the FLD is concerned, I believe adding at these very low prices (.0003 - .0009) has put a large dent in the float! The longer NWTT stays at a under valued stock price and we keep adding; we will see less and less shorting and a boost of pps. We have completed our first merger deal ( Bermal Contracting ) . Now, we move to the next steps; Textraw, China Merger and the UK deals. These events will take us to new pps levels in the douple zeros (at the very least)! (TEXTRAW reveal info http://www.nwtechcapital.com/textraw.php book mark website to this page then you will know when the TEXTRAW deal is complete). The above is the slow and steady version.

NOW, if they would: (1) release financials of the companies they are merging with or (2) release the value of assets of the copanies they are merging with or (3) release the name of the European based consortium. We should be well over a penny, that same day, if any of 1 of the 3 things named above was to happen. I BELIEVE 2 OF THE 3 ABOVE WILL BE IN PLACE WITH THE TEXTRAW PR. This is the fast track version. I believe this is the version we are on!!

These are the variables are at play here.

1) We first need an updated S/S ,
2) Financials of first and (hopefully)
---- second merger.
3) Then name of third merger candidate
---- and name of European Consortium.

This week should provide us with more
information.
