I honestly don't see how a company that has 0 assets and 0 revenues, yes 0 (read the 10-Q), can be trading at such a bloated price.
And add in the millions of debt they owe, i mean, this is pretty much a death spiral for PPBL, they have 0 cash to even pay the interest due on their debt, only way of financing is to dilute shares, the latest stock awareness campaign really shows what they are trying to do to survive. they even stated in the 10-Q that they could be filing chapter 11 BK if they dont get any financing soon.
