I talked with DF about the 6.5 mil pub offerring he was talking about in last Financials. He said it was to develope 40 acres of PBRs if no contracts were signed as he intends to keep moving forward. However with the current interest and contracts he did not think this would be necessary. I talked with one client that intends to develope 20 acres of PBRs in Northern CA. I have seen nothing of this in previous PRs. There is a lot more going on behind the scenes than is being published. IMO most posters here are just making things up. I will keep buying stock, and looking into some PBRs.
