actually, i thought the costs were a bit on the low side, but at least they are reasonable.

Costs internally are never just salary. It is always the loaded labor rate, which for that company I worked for was $100/hour. Only difference between that and what JBI would sell it for would be margin. Margin for consulting firms is huge, like maybe 100%.
