For all those worried, I will not be selling ANY of my shares nor from what I can tell, will any of the other large holders of LLEG stock anywhere near these levels.

For all those crying foul w/o any concrete information, how is this detail on information already out there;

"Laidlaw President and CEO Michael Bartoszek described it as a sale of his company’s equity interest and said he will remain CEO and both Lou Bravakis and Ray Kusche will remain in their capacities as well."
“This greatly benefits the project and us as a company. As you know, Newco/PJPD has been providing the financing
of the project up to this point, so they have been greatly involved in the project since we closed on the acquisition of the facility."

Now I could be wrong, maybe the naysayers and panic prone that abandoned their positions on rumor and speculation can clearify. What would the FBI and SEC call it if a CEO and his subordinates sold shareholders down the river to an "entity" leaving the shareholders unreasonable compensation and/or no stake in a project 3 years in the making on the verge of its successful entrance into the energy market, only to then be retained by said entity in their current top positions?

Now maybe I am wrong but IMO they would call that collusion, conspiracy to defraud investors and about a dozen other charges I am sure could be levied.

Now who here thinks Mike is that stupid and if you do, why did you have a cent invested with him?

I do find it strange now that many who have proclaimed themselves to be long lleg investors supposedly sold their shares and are now hanging around wasting their time trashing the stock they supposedly no longer own. Because they want back in but at a lower pps perhaps? I have no problem with someone posting information that is fact based, even if it is negative, but when it is neutral with tones of positive signs being ignored, I have to wonder why the negativity. Did no one watch the broader market on friday? It resembled our lleg stock, negative all day, big dip around lunch, fought back at end of day.

Has it dropped for a couple of days, yes, because of sellers of 60m shares, most holding no more than 1-2m, panicing and selling on rumor and conjecture w/o facts, only fears, in concert with MM's trying to push us down daily to begin with over the last 3 day period. Think about that one, only 60m shares sold in 3 days. Not much of an exodus if the writing were truely on the wall.

I think I will stick with my strategy for now for a safer management of my position which allows a slow sale of partial positions after news. For those who missed it, here it is again:

Here is the way I see things playing out over the next 5 weeks and how I plan to handle my shares considering the looming question of how has OUR interest been handled in this matter.

First, under the LLEG ticker, the permit will be granted causing a huge surge in pps. After a 3 day runup on pps, probably in the .02 to .03 range, I might sell off 10% of my shares.

Second, under the LLEG ticker, the PUC will approve the 20 year PPA which again will cause a huge surge in pps. After a 3 day runup on pps, probably in the .03 to .05 range, I again might sell off another 10-15% of my shares.

Third, under the LLEG ticker, with SITE approval and PPA approval, the financing deal will be signed and executed which again will cause a huge run on pps, probably in the .05 to .10 range, at which time I may sell off another 25% of my shares.

Fourth, only after these 3 other events have occured under the LLEG ticker, the consolidation deal will be executed at which time we will learn what the deal is. Do we own a percentage of NewCo? The organizational chart shows no percentages of ownership and Mike has flat out denied that we were sold out of the Berlin operation entirely on Byte&chew. Do we own a percentage of Homeland Renewable Energy, and as such, a part of Fibrowatt, an existing, new, operating, biomass facility? Do we own a percentage of both? Did we recieve a bag and a half of money to help fund the next project and possibly give out a 1-time divi. large enough to spike pps yet again? Who knows aside from the principals of the deal? But we will find out then, after these other events have spiked our pps through the roof. At this time, and only after learning the details of the deal, will I decide what to do with the remaining 50% of my shares. If it is a good deal I hold half and sell half after the normal 3 day runup. If I don't like the deal, then I will get out slowly as to not slam the pps downward, especially if the pps is rising because others like the deal. Time will tell.

I do know this much, Despite sellers having dominated half the day Friday, just like the rest of the broader market driving most stocks down, for every share sold, someone bought it long. Who? It wasn't us buying it ALL. Most of you know my opinion, I think it was insiders, twice or thrice removed. But that is just my opinion. I do know this much also, before the "news" was made public, just before in fact (funny huh?), we had a sudden and unexpected rise in volume and pps. Why? Too far away from 9/23 for it to have spiked that hard. Someone knew something that was going to be very good news and wanted in before the BIG SPIKE TO COME.

To all those who bailed. Hope you're unable to get back any portion of your position in with us when you realize you made a big mistake, at least not at least for double what you left it for. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

To those of us remaining, I expect us to now begin climbing back to a level near .0040 now that the unexpectedly large number of shareholders have run for the hills based on rumor, conjecture and inuendo. With mostly brave souls remaining, having weathered a day like today, we are ready to take on whatever comes our way leading up to 9/23. I expect to see the insiders who initially moved us getting nervous that all the scared shares are gone and move back in for larger chunks before we climb back too high for their profitability ratio tells them to back off again. Meaning volume to around 20m per day with steady, slowly increases pps.

I could be wrong, I hope not. Everytime I reacted negatively to a "leak" of partial information and sold based on fear and rumor, man did I ever regret it. So for this one, since LLEG will hold ownership through permitting, ppa approval and financing announcement, I am holding and buying at these chicken little levels and keeping my fingers crossed for the good things to come as I can always sell later at MUCH higher levels. Isn't that what we are supposed to do? Buy low, and sell HIGH. Not buy whenever and sell when U get scared.

Listen guys, and gals, if this plays out as I expect, I will throw a bash for us all. We can ask permission to have the party at the plant or better yet, down by the river on the land CPD failed to act with. lol. We'll get PSNH to string up some lighting and go all night. But for now;

STAY THE COURSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ENHANCE YOUR CALM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KEEP THE FAITH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY LONG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GO LLEG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
