No need to go there. Those were just examples of how Hunter Dickinson controls the joint ventures. They are not as transparent as they once were.

U5 Resources Inc was set up like the other examples. It is there to contain the joint venture, currently.

It's just that simple. It is a Hunter Dickinson venture by means of Northern Dynasty(or the assignee, Pebble Limited Partnership).

What may come later could be by similar means.

It's all good.
