It should slow down once they get the FL offices closed. But they still have outstanding notes that can be converted at anytime into shares, hence the increase in a/s from 100m, to 1.5b, to 5b and the increase in o/s from 100m to 1.3b as of mid june (of coarse 530m of that increase was for acquisitions.
