I still think it has potential. They've been dumping whatever money they make right back into the company to try and steadily increase property holdings and production. It will take some time before they are noticed and a possible buy out offer is tendered. One reason I think this will do well is because Obama is restricting domestic oil production and other energy sources such as coal. It's only a matter of time.
This was a victim of Penny Stock Chaser pump and dump method. Now the SEC nailed Penny Stock Chaser and it has been shutdown other pumpers will be more careful and these stock will be a bit more stable.
