Question: “Has XsunX benefited from H.R. 3585 legislation?”

Answer from XsunX: “Not directly, but it does provide additional funding for grants. As you know XsunX has applied for a grant and if we were to be selected then there would be a direct benefit. The main benefit for XsunX under the legislation is the overall benefit to the solar industry and a rising tide raises all ships. The down side is that Congress has begun to rob from the bills funding to pay for other things such as extended unemployment benefits.”
